Ok, I am going to appear insensitive, but it that article real.  I am trying to picture any one coughing up one of their lungs and being able to swear about it. Just doesn't make sense to me?

Front Man Stapp Coughs Up Lung

ŠThe Associated Press

Albuquerque, NM
Creed front man Scott Stapp coughed
up a lung during a performance in
Albuquerque last night to the horror
of some, the amusement of others and
to the bemusement of Stapp who was
amazed to find obsessed fans rushing
the stage vying for a piece of his vital
internal organ.

"It was crazy," said a bewildered Stapp,
struggling for air waiting for the
ambulance to arrive. "They wanted me
to throw them my lung. My f***ing
LUNG! What the hell is WRONG with
these people?" Security guards managed
to catch the lung and return it to Stapp.
One guard described the organ as, "a
sort of pinkish-grey thing. It smelled like
marijuana a lot, too."

When asked to comment on the event,
Creed guitarist Mark Tremonti told the
Associated Press, "I think it really speaks
to the overall commitment Scott has to
the band as well as his fans. I mean, not
every performer out there is willing to get
out on stage and literally sing his lungs
out to please his fans."
Stapp was treated and released from the
emergency room later that night, with
both lungs reportedly intact.
